How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment using the tracking page with the shipment number found in your SMS or WhatsApp message.

When will my shipment be delivered?

Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days within main cities. Delivery times may vary by area.

I missed the delivery attempt, what should I do?

If you were not available at the time of delivery, we will try again or send you a message to schedule a suitable time or alternative pickup location.

Where is my shipment now?

You can see the latest shipment status update on the tracking page. If there is no new update, your shipment is likely out for delivery.

I didn’t receive the OTP or pickup code, what should I do?

If you didn’t receive the code, contact us via WhatsApp and share your shipment number. We’ll assist you immediately.

Can I change the delivery address?

If your shipment hasn’t reached the final stage, we can help you update the address. Message us on WhatsApp with your shipment number and new address.

Can I pick up from the nearest locker instead of delivery?

Some shipments allow pickup from a locker instead of delivery. If available, you’ll receive a message with instructions.

I have a complaint or issue, how do I submit it?

We’re sorry for any unsatisfactory experience. You can send your issue via WhatsApp and one of our representatives will contact you as soon as possible.
